Intro & Goal

The first ever Museum Biennale in the country and the world in a hybrid form – physical and digital, providing a gateway to the richness and treasures of Indian museums and also bringing together a highlight of key collections from various museums across the world.

Challenges

The first main challenge was to connect all participating Museums under one roof and showcase their exhibitions in a digital format. Second, to provide a platform where users can register to join talk shows and masterclasses.

solution

Me and my team developed a new dedicated website for Museum Biennale. All the event-flow information and the virtual exhibition was displayed. With the help of our Technology partners, we live-streamed the inauguration event wordlwide on different media.

my role

I had to design a solution so that the first ever Hybrid avatar of Biennale can be accessed and experienced digitally all over the world. As a head of the IT department, I made a detailed roadmap, formed different teams, collaborated with technology partners and monitored every step.

The event was a great success! And, we received thousands of positive feedback and appreciation.
